Redcats certified three new tutors at the beginning of May.
Bénédicte Decoster, Skills/Job Manager at Redcats, is overseeing the project within the Group and is providing her unyielding support. “Tutoring allows for pooling of training between employees from different backgrounds, which creates real added value. Using unique training content that we have used now for six days, each employee can select the most relevant lessons and tools to use in their personal professional context,” she explains.
Redcats will continue to develop the tutoring program for its teams. An internal collaborative portal for tutors will be introduced in the next few weeks. This will allow tutors and their students to exchange best practices regarding tools they have used or projects they have undertaken. Moral of the story: there is nothing like training based on communication and interpersonal contact to accelerate our teams’ performance.
